The Minnesota Remodeling Sweepstakes is a home improvement promotion of Tollefson Bros. Exteriors, Inc.. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by telephone or in person. Sweepstakes open to homeowners within Tollefson Bros. Exteriors’ exclusive territory only. One Entry per household. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Tollefson Bros. Exteriors, Inc. and its agencies assume no liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prizes. The sweepstakes is being used to identify potential customers. Taxes, if any are the responsibility of the individual winners.
In the event that the winner has purchased a Tollefson Bros. Exteriors product between 1/1/12 and 12/15/12, that is all or part of their prize, said prizewinner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or other products.
Winner may be required to verify address or asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, or late mail entries or mail.
Sweepstakes only open to homeowners in the state of Minnesota and who reside within our service area that are 18 years of age or older except employees or their families of Tollefson Bros. Exteriors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
By providing your name and telephone number, you affirmatively request and expressly permit and authorize Tollefson Bros. Exteriors employees or representatives to contact you via telephone to discuss your interest in our home improvement products.
By accepting one of the above mentioned grand prizes, you grant Tollefson Bros. Exteriors permission to use your image or likeness for publicity or promotion without further compensation.
